Are you looking to help animals in need? Maybe you're not 16 yet but you really want to make a difference? Or maybe you are required to complete hours for school or church? Perhaps you or your group would like to volunteer at the shelter but aren't able to attend the full seven hours of volunteer training and fulfill a six-month commitment? CREATE YOUR OWN FUNDRAISER
Anderson Animal Shelter does not receive any government support and adoption fees do not cover the full cost of care. Create your own project to raise funds to help provide high quality care for more animals. Examples of fundraisers include online fundraising, bake sales, lemonade stands, events, penny drives, fun-runs, and walkathons. Remember, you can be creative and create your own unique way to raise funds.
If you need service hour credits for your hours spent planning and executing your fundraiser, download and complete our Service Hours Verification form BEFORE you come to the shelter for a signature. When dropping off proceeds from your fundraiser, be sure to let staff know that your fundraiser was a service project!
COLLECT ITEMS FROM OUR WISH LIST
